Activity: Topics on reports will be given; exercises on the use of adverbial clauses in sentences
and antonyms usage will be tested.

Objective: use of words (SIMILAR in meaning) efficiently.

Objective: know how to write good reports.

Objective: Read, discuss and answer questions given from a passage.
(b) Subject and Verb Agreement (Collective nouns can be either singular or plural)
Objective: Learn rules governing subject and verb agreement.
(c) Punctuation (The COMMA)
Objective: know how to use the comma in sentences.
Activity: Passages will be given to read and answer; exercises will be given to test subject and
verb agreement: sentences will be done to practice using commas.
